i really like this. i always find it hard to get a good pose for these guys, but you have managed it very well!

i always thought they were called chakats?

Thank you. ^_^ This is actually a species derived from chakats, they are called chakasa (stands more or less for "savage chakat") and have several differences, like the antennae on the head (which contain several sensory organs, for infravision and other things).
